Our Commitment
NextGen Tek is committed to ensuring that nextgentek.io is accessible to all visitors, including those using assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard.
What We Have Done
- Semantic HTML used throughout for logical document structure
- All interactive elements are keyboard-navigable and include visible focus states
- Images include descriptive alternative text where content is meaningful
- Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG AA requirements for normal and large text
- Forms include labeled fields and clear error messages
- ARIA roles and attributes are applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient
- The site is responsive and functional across screen sizes and zoom levels
Known Limitations
We are continuously improving the site. Some third-party components — including HubSpot's chat widget and Cloudflare Turnstile — are outside our direct control. We monitor these for accessibility issues and will address gaps where possible.
Assistive Technology Support
The Site is designed to work with current versions of widely used screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, in combination with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Feedback and Assistance
If you encounter any barrier on this Site or need content in an alternative format, please contact us at [email protected]. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will respond within five business days.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We review the Site regularly and address issues as they are identified. This statement will be updated to reflect improvements and any remaining known issues.
